Duties
Maintain the contracts pipeline process ensuring established guidelines are followed for small to medium contracts.Own the end to end contract review process and compliance with all departmental requirements, including: Procurement Legal, Risk, Marketing, Tax, GDPR, ARB, InfoSecEnsure vendor reach out and meets SLAsOwn the end to end Apttus contracts workflow.document upload, internal and external signatures, communication with managers and Legal department.Act as SME for the end to end Apttus legal tool.Train resources on contracts processProvide Apttus contracts process support for managersManage Apttus SLA times and escalations with LegalMaintain renewals and all contract details in pipeline master file.Ensure pipeline details flow to the Financial management toolsStandardize vendor selection process for the organizationPerform all invoice receiving on a monthly basisWork with finance and Procurement to ensure data integrityDetermine and apply appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of standard, functional and/or cross-functional issuesBuild positive working relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the business;Qualifications
Previous experience with Apttus or other legal contract tools preferredHighly proficient in ExcelExperience in creating and maintaining procedural norms and policiesHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate professionally with cross functional stakeholders and managementHighly organized and ability to prioritize and manage time effectivelyProactive with the ability to work independently or in a dynamic team environment Strong computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office productsBachelor’s degree in an operational field preferred 2-4 years of operational experience in a professional setting
