The Revenue Integrity Supervisor is responsible for the workflow of the Revenue Integrity team, overseeing their daily duties. They will supervise and provide oversight of employees and programs in their department. The will also assure compliance of documentation for charging purposes. The Revenue Integrity Supervisor will positively interact with co-workers, managers, directors, and ancillary department staff. Finally, they may have contact with senior hospital executives, attorneys, circuit courts, and auditors.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years’ experience, including managing front line staff/direct reports. Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Possess a moderate understanding of the Revenue Cycle such as: PA, CM, HIM, Coding, AR and Revenue Integrity interdependencies. Experience with CDM and Charge Capture.Valid nursing license preferredWork Arrangement:
