Job Description
Type of work – Purely administrative.
Ø Copying data from one source to Printing template.
Ø Printing of invoice
Ø Stamping with seal
Ø Preparing package of invoice to be couriered.
Ø Handing over the packages to Courier team.
Ø Able to coordinate with peer group to complete given task.
Ø Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
Ø Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
Ø Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
Ø Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
Ø Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
