Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for Collections Associates (OTC) who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:
You will manage and execute Order to Cash or Collection Helpdesk processesYou will support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as requiredYou will be providing status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions.You will be asks to provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement.What are we looking?
Bachelor’s degree holders in Accounting or Business-related coursesMust have at least 1 year of work experience in Order to Cash processingMust have at least 1 year of work experience in hard core collections in a BPO industry (Collections Support) preferably Business-To-Business Collections (B2B)Amenable to work in Cubao, Quezon CityWilling to go back on-site once recalledGood to have skills:
