Responsibilities:
Develop research briefs that are aligned with business strategiesLead the timely execution of all consumer tests in assigned projects, with minimal supervisionLead the analysis of all consumer tests in assigned projectsRecommend next steps in assigned projectsRepresent CIA in cross-functional project teams and help provide consumer learning plans and directionsCollaborate with research vendors in assigned projectsSupport the establishment of a consumer-centric culture in the CIA organizationMonitor external factors in the Macroenvironment that may have an impact on the organization.Monitor major competitor activities and new product launchesIn coordination with the Data Scientists, find out the product trends that are gaining traction in the marketOther projects that may be assigned by the manageQualifications:
