Duties & Responsibilities:
A. As Service Provider
1. Provide requested and assigned service and treatment to clients.
2. Prepare and check the cubicles, equipment, medicines and other things to be used in doing
the treatment .
3. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at all times in coordination with Utility Clerk (Pantry).
4. Observe precaution and extra care when attending to delicate/sensitive cases.
