Duties & Responsibilities:
evaluate callers' problems and complaints and offer appropriate solutions.Increase customer loyalty by providing a positive phone experience.Respond to customer needs and provide personalized service.Determine any issues that customers may be experiencing.Respond to incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner.Take appropriate notes during customer interactions.Qualifications:
