Email support (No phone call) for online customer login related issues and resolve them by using internal system within agreed SLA
Login enquiry, restore/remove/reset credentialsRegistration o Company account admin supportsBilling online enquiryOther .com login related mattersShipping AdministrationShipping ScreenLearn and understand a few internal systems in order to resolve customer issues
Redirect issues to responsible parties
Understand customer’s complaints/issues/requirements and work upon resolving them
Deal with complaints to completion with positive tone and enable satisfaction of customer
Basic reporting for enquires handled, if needed
Qualifications:
Must be graduate of any Vocational / Bachelor's Degree courseMust have 1 to 2yrs experience as Customer Support / CSR / TSR / Chat SupportGood communication skillsMust be willing to work in BGCOpen for Project based employment contract good for 1yr RENEWABLEOpen to work on a shifting schedule
