WHAT IS A SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR?
Our awesome client, a leading Furniture manufacturing company based in AU is looking for a Switchboard Operator to be part of their team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Answer all incoming calls, provide relevant information to the caller, and transfer the call to the appropriate source if requiredRelay voicemails and other messages to the proper location within the organisation, which may entail noting the contact details and any relevant information of the person who called and providing it to the individual/departmentProvide the highest level of customer service to all callers and deliver assistance in a polite, clear, and calm manner in all circumstancesOperating switchboard/phone systemsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
