Job Description:

Receive telephone calls mostly coming from financial advisors and sometimes from clients, regarding investment products (mutual funds, segregated funds) that were purchased form a Sun Life Financial Advisor in Canada.Pure Voice Customer Service role - Inbound - US/Canadian

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 or 5 year course.Candidate must have at least 2 years (solid) BPO experience handling Wealth Management, Mutual funds, or any other investment accounts.Having FINRA series 6, 7, and 63 licenses would be a great advantage but not required.

Salary and Benefits Details:

23,500 – 30,000 basic + 10,000 Signing Bonus
