Voice Work
Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues.Assess and resolve standard and non-standard issues.Seek advice and escalate issues.Qualifications
BS Graduates or at least 1st year college undergraduate.Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience, handling voice-international accountsHybrid set up but must be willing to work onsite at least 2-3 times a month.Amenable to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shifts.Hiring Process (Virtual):
