Job Summary:Responsible for the effective management of the Internal Audit and Compliance Department to include;Development and implementation of the Annual Audit Plan for all the companies under the Group of Companies.Analysis of Audit findings and recommendation of action plans for better management controls.Supervision of the Policies & Procedures Manager in the development of new policies and revision of existing policies / monitoring of compliance to Company Policies & Procedures through regular Operations  Audits.Recommendation of appropriate corrective actions and monitoring if such corrective actions are being implemented as approved by EXCOM.Monitoring of Action Plan Implementation by Functional Heads as committed in the Risk Assessment ProgramControl of Internal Audit and Compliance expenses within approved budget limits.Qualifications Needed:A.  Work Experience. Minimum of 20 years in Financial and Operational Audit, Control, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management. Extensive experience in Policies and Procedures Compliance. At least ten years handling managerial position, preferably gained from manufacturing companies.B. Education. Graduate of Accountancy from reputable schools, must be a CPA. Masters Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage.C. Personality Musts. Diplomatic but firm; with good leadership ability; able to relate well with all levels in the organization, emotionally matured and able to handle work pressure; creative and highly analytical; highly organized, systematic and detail oriented; can work long hours and beyond regular work schedules; with good initiative and sense of urgency to start and finish a project.D. Other Knowledge and Skills Requirements. WIth excellent verbal and communication skills; Computer literate (Miscrosoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
