Duty 1: Metrics, Reporting and Analytics
Data Gathering
Extracts/generates quantitative information from a single or multiple Business Intelligence Tools (i.e.: Data Warehouse, Oracle, OBI, JDE, Report2Web, Vendavo, Tableau, Power BI, Pipefy etc.)Communicates with resource person to get input/raw data needed for report generation from different world areasConducts research to gather sales data information from internal & external sources that will be used for analysisData Manipulation
Cleans extracted data using pre-defined guidelines or instructionsFormats extracted data based on expected report output (with batching capability)Calculates data using available fields within the gathered information (basic math)Formats extracted data based on expected report output (multiple data formatting requirements)Categorizes and segments extracted data using tools to convert data to information relevant to the report (excel, macro, database)Consolidates and standardizes data structure from different data sourcesCombines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools (excel, macro, database)Calculates data using available fields within the gathered information (statistics)Data Analysis
Gathers and analyzes report requirements from stakeholders. Training Material Development

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in any business-related fields
Job Related Experience: Four and a half (4.5) years experience in data mining, manipulation, analysis and reporting
