QualificationGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Agirculture or Business Administration;Has at least two (2) years experience as District Head preferably in feeds and veterinary industry;Has exposure to mid level sales organizational responsibilities;Experience in feeds and veterinary industry is an advantage;Has a valid driver's license;Willing to work within Southern Mindanao.JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the over-all achievement of sales, collection and financial growth objectives of the district;Develops the over-all district plan which includes customer segmentation and development;Spots business development opportunities within his district (new products/extensions, new customers etc.);Ensures the execution of national marketing programs within his district.Manages district monthly forecast;Develops and achieve sales, collction and financial growth of the overall district.
