DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customersEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold calling.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.Works attentively with immediate superior to strategize and sell all items/products.Responsible for increasing the number of accounts nationwide for the achievement of the sales goal and overall favorable company results.Responsible for the regular visits for re-orders.Maintain a systematic filing system for sales and accomplishment reports, and other related documents for reference of the Sales team.Generate and submit necessary reports as required by immediate superior.Responsible for regular visits to all accounts handled.Responsible for checking/knowing competitors’ activities.Closely coordinates with Accounting Department for payment transactions and/or recovery.Reports to immediate superior any feedback/concerns of the customers. Perform other related tasks they may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management or other related courses.Minimum of 1- 4 years responsible related sales experience.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Must have a good grasp of numbers.Must be able to deal with pressure as company deadlines and targets are to be met within a scheduled time.Must have good interpersonal and networking skills to interact with clientsCan work under minimal supervision.Flexible and willing to do fieldwork, travel, and work longer hours/ weekends and holidays, as required.Knows how to drive or with own motorcycle, an advantage.Pleasant and appealing both in appearance and personality.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
