Senior Store Associate

The Senior Store Associate will take on the Store Manager’s role and ensure that the key responsibilities are carried out diligently and smoothly. She is expected to do cashiering, staff, stocks and resource management. Also:

Take charge in cash wrapping area and ensures accurate payments and avoid lossesHelp keep the store organized and clean by straightening merchandise and monitoring fitting rooms and by doing inventory.In charge of the overall upkeep, maintenance and housekeeping of the store.Provide customer serviceCan articulate very well product features and benefitsIs always there to assist customers who are trying on clothes and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for them.  Promotes sales through positive customer service effortsFollow and achieve the management’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications

Has achieved an associate degree, 2-year or 4-year courseWith experience on Cashiering and has ability to calculate sales and change quicklyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPersonable and with a good communication skillDetail-oriented, focused and highly organizedPatient, respectful and tactful.Cash Management skills (Ensuring compliance with all cash handling standards and procedures)Strong customer service skillsTeam player and can handle work in a fast-paced environmentHighly enthusiastic and self-motivatedFriendly personalityEnjoys interacting with different types of peoplePassionate and hardworkingPhysically-fitWilling to work on different shifts and on holidaysAmenable to working at Mall of Asia Area
