The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for finding potential clients, growing existing accounts by finding opportunities within, answering and offering advice based on customers’ queries, and ensuring that they remain satisfied with excellent customer service.

Presents, promote, and sell products and services to existing and potential clientsDevelop and maintain positive business and client relationshipSet and achieve sales objectives and targetsPrepares draft quotations, bidding documents, and sales ordersAttend sales conferences and product training from time to timeAnalyzes the area and market’s potential, track sales and status reportsGathers information about the clients and the market by visiting clients and potential clientsEnsures that the company documentation such as SI and DR are all submitted and accepted by the customer and he should be able to help track the payment process to help the accounting department.Supply the management with reports on their visits, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
