Basic Function This role is primarily responsible for organizing, maintaining and verifying all aspects of the credentialing process for the NCLEX application procedure. The job focuses in checking, reviewing and authenticating requirement completion of the scholars while under the Healthcare Academy NCLEX program. This may include key records maintenance, delivery and reporting, administrative tasks associated with the financial process, communication to customers and stakeholders, coordination with other departments and or vendors, and providing recommendations to further enhance the efficiency of the application process to the various Boards of Nursing in the United States of America. Also, the job is anchored to the identification and development of an individual’s capabilities through coaching, mentoring and providing recommendations to further expand one’s aptitudes.
Essential Functions
· Ensures compliance with company’s policies and regulations
· Foresees upcoming events and able to initiate control measures to minimize variances
· Supervise staff and give technical direction
· Oversee day-to-day operational credentialing and privileging activities
· Ensures team’s delivery of their targets consistently with minimum variation
· Coordinates with the legal team for the implication and understanding of bonds and agreements
· Delivers NCLEX packet orientation to the scholars
· Designing process workflows for easier tracking and quick implementation process
· Maintains and secures NCLEX application documents
· Conducts follow-up to scholars, process leads, vendors, and stakeholders for requirement completion to ensure efficiency in the NCLEX application process
· Ensure credentialing processes are in compliance with professional standards
· Ensures accuracy and completeness of NCLEX requirements and logistics
· Understand the financial aspect of the credentialing process
· Keeps track of application process finances including liquidation, invoicing, and reporting
· Regularly checks and reviews the various Boards of Nursing in the United States of America, and other local or US territory-based institutions/departments in relation to the NCLEX application process; Implements control for known risks related to the NCLEX application process
· Prepares and maintains key records for audit purposes
· Conveys leadership to scholars and teams within scope
· Participates in presentation to the internal and external customers
· Extends support to other Healthcare Academy programs
· Delegates tasks effectively
