TAX AND PEZA COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Qualifications:
1. Must be a B.S. Accountancy graduate, CPA not a requirement2. Must have at least 5 years work experience as Tax and Compliance associate or in a similar function3. Must have a wide knowledge in Philippine taxation and all tax returns for private corporation4. Must possess a wide knowledge and experience in compliances i.e. Business Permits and PEZA compliances5. A team player, with good work attitude especially honesty and sense of confidentiality and observes timely completion of tasks6. Keen to details and efficient
Job Description:
1. Responsible in keeping and monitoring tax and compliances calendar for the company
2. Responsible in preparing reports for each tax return except those related in Accounts Payable for submission to the Corporate Treasurer
3. Files tax returns before the deadline
4. Must be updated in all advisories, circular and memoranda from BIR, PEZA, DOLE, Pasig City LGU and other government agencies that has jurisdiction over ARMCO and reports the same to the Corporate Treasurer and President/CEO
5. Responsible in preparing and completing all compliances for PEZA and ensures that all are completed and submitted on time, subject to review by Corporate Treasurer
6. Keeps and maintains tax returns and records of compliances and submissions to government agencies
7. Assists in year-end external audit, as required
8. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Corporate Treasurer
