We are hiring full-time Inbound Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries, feedback and complaints in a timely manner. You will be asked to log all types of calls and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you must accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquires.
