KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:(1) Ensures compliance with government mandated regulations on health, safety, and environmental standards(2) Ensure the efficient and uninterrupted smooth operations of all    properties owned and/or operated by the company(3) Ensure efficient and effective general administration, custodial services, parking, safety and security and records archiving(4) Ensure effective and efficient project management including budgetary estimate preparations, and liaison with governmental regulatory bodies with reference to existing properties and/or future projects(5) Ensure that the Preventive Maintenance Program is properly carried out including machinery and equipment such as standby power system, electrical, water and treatment, plumbing, fire alarm system, airconditioning, cable, elevators, waste and waste water disposal, and data and communications. Engineering support system must be operating at optimum efficiency(6) Ensure that necessary repairs and maintenance of all furniture, fixtures and equipment are promptly and properly carried out(7) Ensure that work is properly prioritized from initiation of job order to timely and proper implementation/execution(8) Ensure proper coordination with concerned department  on repairs done and other related issues(9) Lead and supervise security guards, maintenance personnel and utilities(10) Perform other assigned tasksCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.Undergraduates of Engineering course with experience are also welcome to applyRequired skill(s): Office Management, Highly Self Motivated and Results OrientedWith at least one -three (1-3) years of working experience in building administrationAble to lead a group, prioritize work load and meet deadlinesComputer literateRESIDENTS onLY OF QUEZON CITY AS THE APPLICANT WILL BE ON CALL AS IT DEEMED REQUIRED ON THE JOB, IF NOT RESIDENTS OF QUEZON CITY IS WILLING TO RELOCATE IN QUEZON CITYWilling to work on long hoursCAN START IN THE SOonEST POSSIBLE TIME
