Responsible for the installation of electrical supply and set-up of new machines and equipment (Automatic unloader, Robot take out, Mold Temperature Controller, Hopper Dryer and Mold Heater, Transformer )Have enough knowledge in repairing damage molds and machines.Responsible in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance in Machine and Mold.Perform Machine Calibration for standard process production.Responsible for new mold to validate parameters of good product.Responsible in Engineering Change Notice for new Parameter adjustment.Responsible in monitoring smooth flow of production to ensure the high quality of the product.Prepares Preventive Maintenance Record for machines and molds.Responsible for monthly consumable and Spare parts for purchaseResponsible for new mold trial especially in Parameter set-up.Responsible in doing document for machine like machine history, machine checklist, preventive and predictive maintenance.
