Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering or R&D Plastic related fieldRelevant working experience specializing in Research & Development or equivalent is an advantageHas good analytical/critical thinking skill.Has good written and oral communication skills.Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel)Job DescriptionMake product drawings & design the process flow.Conduct product evaluation & issue testing report.Make sample products based on customer requirements.Issue design change application if necessary.Product Data Management (Bill of Material, Drawing, etc.)Development of technical belongings for new products through communication with customers.Management of technical documents.Management of equipment in the technical departmentParticipates in the Technical Department’s initiative for innovations and necessary improvements on the existing work processesPerforms other tasks under his/her field of competency
