Citadel Pacific Ltd is a diversified private holding company with operations in the Philippines, the Republic of Palau, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the US Territory of Guam.

CITADEL is owned by the Delgado family of the Philippines and by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan of Canada, one of the largest and most successful pension plans in the world. Its subsidiaries have joint ventures with the ITOCHU Corporation in Japan, one of the country’s top trading houses and Gate Gourmet, the largest airline catering company in the world.
