Job description

Performs troubleshooting, equipment repair and maintenance (immediate), fabrication works, conducts P.M. Inspection of Air-con (AC) systems including auxiliaries.Report immediately major problems and discuss corrective action to his superior, updating on the status of pending works and recommended immediate alternate solutionResponsible for keeping of adequate proper tools necessary for his job and ensures that tools and equipment are in good working condition and accountedResponsible for spare parts and materials requisition, proper information on the technical specifications and provide assistance to technical purchasing to ensure on time delivery and correctness of needed materials required for the accomplishment of his workSupervise work of outside contractor necessary for the accomplishment of his work assignment and ensures all works are in accordance to the hospital Safety StandardsAssist superior on the daily Work Order requested by customersPerform other related duties as required

Qualification

College Degree of BSME or 2-year Technical/ Vocational course in Air-conditionHas at least 6 years work experience in the same capacityKnowledgeable in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of AC equipmentKnowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical applicationAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy Excellent interpersonal skillsTeam building skillsAnalytical and problem solving skills-
