Vertical Equipment Operations Supervisor

Supervise and assign tasks to the operations team that handles the Tower Crane, and Construction Hoistevaluate and monitor the performance of operations on site.Responsible for heavy equipment rental aspects including: mobilization, installation, dismantle, demobilization planning and implementation.Responsible for heavy equipment operators and other personnel management.Maintain safe and healthy work environment ensure safety standard is in compliance to OSHC standard and other legal requirement.Provide and organize training to the operations team to enhance their skill level and productivity.Plan, formulate and enforce policy and strategic planning to improve the efficiency and safety standard of the service team.Plan, formulate and implement workflow and system that improve the management and efficiency of heavy equipment rentalCoordinate with the sales team to provide quality customer service and technical support to their inquiries.Ensure high utilization level of vertical equipment.Experience in Tower Crane and Construction Hoist asset management would be advantage.
