Job Responsibility

Prepares Inquiry Package & Inquiry to potential vendorsNegotiate and Expedite the timely submission of the vendor's proposalPrepares Bid tabulation sheet for evaluation purposePrepares Purchase Order and arranges vendor's acceptancePrepares payment endorsement for each related order and vendor against the content of the approved Purchase Orders

Qualifications

Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in any of the following Engineering courses: Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, etc.1-4 years experience employee specializing in purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management or equivalentCan confidently communicate and negotiate with foreign clients and vendorsMust be residing or willing to be assigned in Muntinlupa City.
