Job Description

Qualifications:

·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing and must be a Registered Nurse.

·        With Certificate in First Aide Training Course.

·        Certified member of Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP).

·        At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from the Construction industry.

·        Proficient in computer applications.

·        Preferably a resident of Bugallon, Pangasinan or nearby municipalities/citites.

Responsibilities:

·        Provides medical advice, medication and other forms of medical treatment that will promote health to patient--employee.

·        Coordinates with authorized physicians, clinics, hospitals and maintenance organization personnel regarding inquiries and consultations, treatment of sickness and other diseases.

·        Monitors health condition of all employees with preventive measure.

·        Maintains over-the-counter medicines and other first aide medical supplies to ensure prompt and proper treatment is given to employees.
