Responsible for the day to day supervision of Foam Production employees.Maintain a safe, efficient and orderly work place.Establish a professional relationship with the employees in production.Encourage the work force to be quality driven, and motivated to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.Prepare production and other reports.Experience relevant to foaming, is usually required.Able to supervise staff, work with teams, communicate effectively, and maintain production schedules.Problem-solving, technical writing, and computer skills are important
