Bed Making Supervisor

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers.Create ways to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.Solve work problems and recommend ways to improve productivity and product quality.Request materials and supplies.Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy.Recommend staffing actions like hiring and promotions.Prepare production and other reports.Experience as a furniture and fixture assembler, woodworking machine operator, cabinetmaker or furniture finisher, is usually required.Able to supervise staff, work with teams, communicate effectively, and maintain production schedules.Problem-solving, technical writing, and computer skills are important.Physical stamina may be necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting, Industrial Design, Interior Design, and other related program.At least 3 years of work experienceKnowledge in AUTOCADUnderstanding and knowledge of product hierarchyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailsProductive and EfficientHonesty and IntegritySpeed and AccuracyWorks well with co-workersAbility to implement actions and plansAbility to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
