职位描述

A. RESEARCH AND SOURCING

• Responsible in extensive research and sourcing of alternative suppliers for all items that are regularly consumed at production, considered as warehouse stock items.

B. ACCREDITATION OF SUPPLIERS

• Dealing in primary negotiation for the potential suppliers, evaluating offers and conducting site inspections, to check the capability and authenticity of the shortlisted suppliers before dealing with projects.

• Imposing supplier framework agreement or contracts between supplier and GHC.

• Responsible in maintaining suppliers’ records such as company profile, registrations, permits, contracts and agreements, etc.,

C. SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE MONITORING

• Conducting periodic surprise plant audits or inspections to all active & accredited suppliers.

D. RELATIonSHIP BUILDING

• Primary person to manage issues and conflicts arise between GHC and suppliers.

• Recommend process improvement or corrective action on the processes wherein the relationship or communication affected.

E. REPORTS

• Create monthly accomplishment reports related to the given KPI and KRA
