Qualification:

 Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Any Engineering related courses.At least 10 years of experience in project management in Wastewater, Boiler and Air Pollution Control Equipment.Strong leadership, organizational and people management skillsExcellent communication both oral and written.Can work in minimal supervision, goal oriented, team player, creative and flexible.Can work on a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Operations & Project ExecutionLead the entire team consisting of Fresh/young engineers in handling and executing the projects.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planKeep track of project status, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with stakeholders or related parties to follow up until it's completedProvide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressPrepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirementsMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementManage projects focus on optimizing manpower and financial analysis

Define and execute sales strategy based on product lines/division
