Business Process Specialist

Job Description:

Will support the Business Process Management organization and provide functional guidance to enterprise (or group) process improvement initiatives.Have at least 2 years of industry experience in governance, process frameworks, quality management, leading process improvements/standards/etc for an IT service delivery industry

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Industrial Engineering ,Accountancy, or any related field that would manifest his/her passion or dedication in driving business processes.Familiarity about Industry process frameworks and other standards e.g. ISO QMS, CMMI, ITIL/ITSM, COBIT, PMBOK, Agile, etcWill aid in process improvement/s initiative; ready to roll up his/her sleeves when necessary.Should be familiar w/ a process improvement lifecycle and can manage all levels of stakeholders.
