IT Service Delivery Specialist

JOB DEscriptION:

Identifies a client’s needs and oversees the delivery of the services within the context of the business.Responsible for establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner.Manage a team (directly or indirectly) and oversee all employees within the service delivery department

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Full-Time position(s) available.
