PROCESS ENGINEER

A Process Engineering Support Staff performs process modeling and measurement of business processes, under the guidance of Process Engineer. He/she works collaboratively within the assigned department to help improve the management of a business processes. He focuses on the entire process from beginning to end, mainly along the customer journey. Duties/Responsibilities (with guidance from Process Engineer)

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes.Use best practices in BPM standard to carry out business process modeling and analysis.Measure and monitor benefits of implemented process improvements and projects versus business objectives.

Qualifications

Has bachelor’s degree, preferably in Statistics, Math, Economics, Industrial

Engineering, or Computer Science.

Has at least 2 years of experience in Process Engineering, Project Management, or Operations.Is proficient in using MS Office - specifically Excel and Power pointHas good communication skills-
