Operations Manager

Develop operations systems by determining proper onboarding process for vets and partners,

develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for platform utilization, vet consultation, customer success protocols, inventory management, financial procedures, and everything in between

Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow,; implement changesMaintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards

and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional

publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as neededMeet or exceed operations labor budget expectationsManage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenuesManage relationships with key operations vendorsTrack vendor pricing, rebates, and service levelsReview and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for paymentBachelor’s degree in operations management, business management or related field.Experience in operations of at least 5 to 7 yearsUnderstanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and

cash-flow management.

Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employeeMust own pets.-
