BIM Specialist (MEPF)

The BIM Modelers will work on a variety of projects using all of the following fields: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) in developing the construction drawings and extracting data on a BIM platform. He will ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set by the BIM Team Lead/Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:Work on a variety of trades but specialize on all of the following fields: Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing (MEP)Convert drawings to 3D Revit modelsResolve clashes with other tradesCreate construction documents from 3D modelsFollow modelling standards and reviews set by clientsDeliver projects on time and work quickly and efficientlyRequired Education, Skills, and Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Sanitary Engineering/ Electrical Engineering Mechanical EngineeringLicensed is preferredBIM Modeling certification will be added advantageProficient in BIM related software (e.g. Autodesk REVIT/Navisworks/AutoCAD)Must have standard knowledge of construction workflow procedures and capabilities of BIM Modeling toolWorking experience in BIM Environment, Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry is added advantagePossesses the interest to work in solution and service-oriented environmentA team player and willing to travel/work on site, if requiredCan start within short notice
