Project Coordinator (on-site)

JOB SUMMARYUnder the supervision of Group Manager, the position performs mid-level project coordination and support functions for assigned groups. Desired competencies include: proven administrative skills with attention to detail and excellent customer service experience.JOB RESPonSIBILITIESPerform project coordination work of increasing difficulty and responsibility requiring professional training, previous experience and independent judgment.Reviews requests for proposals (RFP) and assists the Group Director with identifying what is needed to respond to RFPs.Initiates the preparation of the following documents: Contract document, Scope of Work, Notice to Consultant, and fees. Assists with the preparation of the Project Control Checklist, Pre-Contract Project evaluation, Insurance Information, and submittal packages or other documents as needed.Coordinate, track and maintain all project documentation in accordance with established Corporate standards and procedures as described in the Standard Operating Procedures.Maintains project files and folders, ensures accuracy of project records and documentation process.JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Office Administration or similar course.At least 5 years progressive experience in project management/coordination and office administration.Proven experience in multi-tasking of work projectsAbility to maintain automated and manual record keeping systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including editing and proof reading.Ability to evaluate information and exercise good judgment in making decisions.Ability to work independently.Willing to work on-site.
