Job DescriptionPerformsjob functions consistent with the corporate vision and missionstatement and core values of the company.Ensures that subordinatesperform their respective functions in line with the department goalsand respective KPIs. Plans,organizes and controls the operations and work activities of thePayroll andCompensation/BenefitsSection of the department, withthe approval and guidance of the Department Head.Participatesin the development of policies,procedures, systems and guidelines relating to HR management;Assists in ensuring the compliance by all concerned with suchpolicies, procedures, systems and guidelines that have been approvedfor implementation.Facilitatesmonitoring, coordination, renewal and safekeeping of all adminpermits of the Company.Does reports related to all sections of the department needed by theManagement.QualificationsBS/ABPsychology Graduate or equivalentComputerLiterateTeamplayerResults-orientedKeen with detailsExcellentcommunication & interpersonal skillswith SO1/SO2 training/certificate is advantageAdditional InformationCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Psychology or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
