Institutional Technical Sales Officer

JOB DEscriptION:

Will do business development, identify potential customers, and develop relationships leading to sales.Assessing and reporting competitors' product offerings, marketing activities, and business style to management.Conduct technical presentations, explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.Work and support external sales personnel for pre-sales technical assistance and product education.Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products/services.Providing solutions to clients' problems with their projects - solution selling and helping in the design of custom-made products.Monitor, follow up, and resolve customer issues that may arise.Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any technical-related courses.Good interpersonal skills, team player, and good ability to build relationships with clients.A minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience.Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.Experience in technical/institutional sales is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Auto-CADCan work with minimal supervision, with good sound judgment and business sense.A valid driver’s license and a willingness to do field works
