Ensure incoming staff complies with company policyTrain staff to follow restaurant SOPsMaintain safety and food quality standardsOrganize restaurant schedulesEnsure all end of day cash outs are correctly completedControl operational costs and identify ways to cut wasteRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related fieldAt least 5 years work experience as Restaurant ManagerExcellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsTime and project management skills
