Inventory Staff

Description:

Responsible for closely monitoring inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of itemsScheduling and enforcement of Production and assignment of manpowerMonitor Job order fulfillment and stock requirementsPreparation and Dispatch of outbound deployment and deliveriesMonitor and quality check of inbound deliveriesDispensing of products/materials/consumables for productionMonitor facilities and other maintenance worksMonitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions as neededPerform actual inventory count and monitor storage hubsPrepares necessary daily, weekly and monthly reportsOther tasks assigned from time to time

Skills:

Must be computer literate and proficient in using email and Microsoft Office and Google applications such as Microsoft Excel, Google SheetsWith good oral and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or related fieldPrior work experience related to production, logistics and inventory will be an advantageBackground in construction and metal works industry is preferredExceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalismFlexible, reliable, detail-oriented and highly organizedWilling to do occasional field workWilling to work in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila-
