Responsible for general accounting and admin tasksResponsible for sourcing possible suppliers for materials and/or equipmentResponsible for managing the inflow and outflow of assigned admin budgetOrganize, segregate and encode receipts to the systemHelp maintain supply inventory levels and negotiate deals with potential vendorsResponsible for conducting regular price comparisons of materialsVerify purchase orders and billingsConduct market research to identify pricing trendsMaintain updated records and internal databasesTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryPreparation and organization of admin files/documentsServe as liaison for any admin related requirementsPerforms duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentMust have at least 2 years of related experience in administrative and purchasingPrior work experience related to inventory management, logistics management or any administrative experience will be an advantageExceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalismFlexible, self-motivated, and highly organizedWilling to do field workKnows how to lead and manage people-
