Document Controller Staff (DEVICE FACTORY)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.. Supports QA Division's operational requirements such as:

Ensures receiving, processing and distribution of documents and records according to established standards.Ensures maintenance, organization and updates of the document and records as required by the system.Discuss operational issues to Division level and or counterparts to address issues and propose solutions.Ensures functionality and availability of existing electronic document processing system.Supports ISO reviews, improvement initiatives and related activities.Maintains records retention timelines according to system requirements.

2. Upgrade DCC workers' skills and ensure their functional effectiveness thru regular review and evaluations.

3. Provides support to improve QA Division operating methodologies, documentation, and record control systems through the use of related software or other advanced document processing means.

4. Supports on site-audits conducted by the customers and In-charge of assessment for related audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year actual working knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 system and experienced with creating quality system level documents, Certified system/process auditor based on ISO standard.Proficient in written and spoken English.Preferably a graduate of any engineering courses.Candidates must be willing to work in Mepz I, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
