DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures consistency in the implementation of the Regulation of Education and Training specifically General Training and Professional TrainingConducts training needs assessment activities annually to identify and address necessary trainings, and make an analysis report of the result.Coordinates with the concern superior in making Annual Training Plan to address the training needs identifiedPrepares, facilitates and provides assistance on the implementation of needed trainings whether internal or external, and conducts training if necessary.Conducts training evaluation for the implemented trainings to ensure the effectiveness in accordance with the Regulation of Education and TrainingMonitors the progress and the implementation of HR Training Plan and also the Annual Training Plan for each Division / SectionPlans and conducts refresher orientation annually or when policy, guidelines is implemented
