DDC and ISO Auditor

Role Summary:

The DDC and QMS Auditor will handle continual improvement activities and initiatives by providing support in the entire process of quality management system across the company. Provides administrative assistance in accreditation, certification and compliance activities. document Data Controller responsible for managing QMS documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity. Help company adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information and retrieve data more effectively.

As a document Data Controller

Register Integrated Management System (9001, 14001, 18001) documentsMaintain Integrated Management System documentsControl retrieval of Integrated Management System documentsCreate Integrated Management System documents under ISO especially Top Management, IQA and DDC documentsControl issuance of Engineering Drawings to ProductionResponsible for cascading controls on documentation for Integrated Management System controlled departmentsSet-up guidelines for documentationConduct document Data Control Audit semi-annuallyRevise and review document content created by members in order to follow documentation guidelinesArchive Integrated Management System documents

As a QMS Auditor

Carrying out regular internal audits for ISO certification (ISO 9001:2015) including Integrated Management SystemMonitoring the audit cycle program to ensure it remains effective and up to dateActing as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 certification including Integrated Management SystemSubmitting a full audit report on each audit undertakenProviding an audit summary reports for each audit undertakenEnsuring any non-conformities are listed on the appropriate non-conformities log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate partyEnsuring all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate Action plan, and ‘Work In Progress’ comments are provided after an appropriate interval for each action until completionConduct follow up audits / checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure other actions are completedEngaging with continuous knowledge development regarding each certification’s requirements, recommended best practices, tools, techniques and performance standardsConducting orientation training to new member of auditors for the FPI’s ISO certificationUndertake the task given by the immediately supervisor

Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience in Integrated Management System (9001, 14001, 18001)Engineering Graduate (IE,ME,EE, etc)With knowledge in conducting process products and manufacturing Line Audits, Costumer and Certifying Body Audits to ensure the conformance of the requirements of QMS and customer-specific requirementsPerforms systems audits in the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standardsKnowledgeable in MS Office and/or Google WorkspaceAverage oral and written communication skillsAbove average presentation skillsChange Management SkillsAbility to work in a fast paced environment
