REGULATORY PHARMACIST

JOB DEscriptION:

•document Monitoring for Open Market = update of CPR, COA, GMP, local assay, batch notif, pictures

•document Request Processing=checking availability of documents (exclu & open mkt) to be sent to clients/BDO. Process of product complaints and returns

•Bidding document assistance with client's needs = completion of document requirements

•QA, Storage Monitoring, Stocks receiving & compliance check with Logistics (exclu & open mkt)

ETA Monitoring - daily updateLiterature & Literature Content, Product Profile Preparation & Research

•Point person for Eminence special project=anti-lice shampoo

OFT concerns and inquiries assistanceCoordinate with suppliers regarding document updating and returns (exclu & open mkt)

•Product Training and Updates

•CED & CAD processing - completion of requirements and processing for approval

•Marketing documentation and inquiry assistance

•Warehouse regulatory officer: quality assurance/ SOP

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Attained a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and must be a Licensed PharmacistAt least one (1) year of regulatory experience in a pharmaceutical companyWith work background and experience in handling FDA application is an advantageMust be highly strategic, diligent, and detail-orientedCan start ASAPPreferably a resident of Cainta, Taytay, or Rizal-
