PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Order fulfillment associates have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Monitoring inventory levels and communicating with suppliers about any stock shortagesCommunicating shipping information to customers to ensure that orders are delivered on timeReceiving and processing incoming shipments of merchandise by verifying order details and ensuring that items meet requirements for storage conditions or special handling needsProcessing returns and exchanges by recording customer requests in an order management system or on paper formsVerifying that items have been received in good condition and recording any damage to items in order to process insurance claims with carriersFilling orders by processing payment, shipping items, updating customer records, and communicating with customers about order statusCommunicating with suppliers about product availability, pricing, and shipping arrangements Duties vary depending on the position and type of company where they are employed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

** GRADUATE OF ANY 4-YEAR COURSE

**WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF WORK EXPERIENCE AS OFT ASSOCIATE

**MUST BE A RESIDENT OF CAINTA OR TAYTAY

**KNOWLEDGEABLE IN PURCHASING AND SUPPLY CHAIN
