The Quality Control Assistant's responsibilities include listening to the audio, checking GPS, reviewing scripted surveys for coding errors, importing translations into Excel, transcribing qualitative interviews, cleaning transcripts, and coding qualitative data.

Job Details:
Quality Control Assistant
Work from Home
Two Possible Shifts:
Sunday to Thursday | 8 PM to 5 AM
Tuesday to Saturday | 8 PM to 5 AM
Responsibilities:
● Data Quality Control – listening to audios (70% of the job), checking GPS to validate collected data (20% of the job)
● Reviewing scripted surveys for coding errors, importing translations into Excel
● Transcribing qualitative interviews, cleaning transcripts, coding qualitative data in Dedoose
● Other relevant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office software
● Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to provide consistent high-quality output on repetitive/routine tasks
● Foreign language fluency is a plus but not required. French, Arabic, or any other major African language preferred
● Good English Communication Skills
