职位描述

The ICT Maintenance Officer is responsible for proactive / preventative maintenance including routine patching, firmware updates, checking reports, resolving issue, reporting on systems, documentation, policies and procedure updates and day-to-day maintenance for our customers and internal systems. You will also be responsible for applying patches to Windows Server, applying firmware updates on firewalls, switches, and wireless access points, and troubleshooting issues in Active Directory.

Job Details:

ICT Maintenance Officer

Eastwood Libis, QC (Work from home until further notice)

Shifting Schedule (with possible after work hours support)

Qualifications:

·At least 5 years’ Experience in a similar position

·Good English Communication skills

·Strong Windows server skills including patching and virtualization

·Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points

·Exchange server

·Active Directory

·VMware / Hyper-V

·Experience with Datto RMM

·Experience with IT Glue

·Strong ability to work independently

·High attention to detail
